ব্যবসায়ের আর্থিক ক্ষতি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাকে এক কথায় ঝুঁকি বলা হয়। জারিফ দশম শ্রেণির ছাত্র। সে এসএসসি পরীক্ষায় জিপিএ ৫ পাওয়ার প্রত্যাশা করে। আলী সাহেব একজন কৃষক। তিনি তার জমি থেকে এ বছর ভালো ফলন প্রত্যাশা করেন। আল গাফফার ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বিবিএ শেষ বর্ষের ছাত্র। সে তার বিবিএ ডিগ্রি শেষ করে একটি ভালো চাকুরি পাওয়ার আশা করে। এখানে জারিফের জিপিএ ৫ পাওয়া, আলী সাহেবের জমি থেকে ভালো ফলন পাওয়া এবং আল গাফফার এর ভালো চাকরি পাওয়া প্রতিটি বিষয় ভবিষ্যতের সাথে জড়িত। আর ভবিষ্যৎ সবসময় অনিশ্চিত। যেহেতু ভবিষ্যৎ এর কোন বিষয় সম্পর্কে নিশ্চিত হওয়া যায় না তাই একে অনিশ্চয়তা বলে।

মুনাফা অর্জন করতে পারবে কি না, প্রত্যাশিত মূল্যে পণ্য তৈরির কাঁচামাল ক্রয় করতে পারবে কি না-এরূপ অসংখ্য অনিশ্চয়তা রয়েছে। অনুরূপভাবে একজন বিনিয়োগকারী কোম্পানির শেয়ার ক্রয় ও বিক্রয় করে প্রত্যাশিত লভ্যাংশ অর্জন করতে পরিবে কি না, একটি কোম্পানি দীর্ঘমেয়াদি প্রকল্পে বিনিয়োগ থেকে প্রত্যাশিত নগদ প্রবাহ পাবে কি না এসব অনিশ্চয়তার সম্মুখীন হয়।

লক্ষে। কিন্তু বিভিন্ন অনিশ্চয়তার কারণে ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রকৃত মুনাফা প্রত্যাশিত মুনাফার চেয়ে কম বা বেশি হয়।

প্রকৃত মুনাফা প্রত্যাশিত মুনাফার চেয়ে ভিন্ন হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাকেই ঝুঁকি বলা হয়। অর্থাৎ ঝুঁকি বলতে আর্থিক ক্ষতি হওয়ার

সম্ভাবনাকে বুঝায়। যেমন: একটি কোম্পানি আশা করছে, আগামী বছর ১০% নিট মুনাফা লাভ করবে, কিন্তু প্রকৃত লাভ

হলো ৫%। এই যে মুনাফার ৫% বিচ্যুতি, একেই ঝুঁকি বলে।

J . C Van Horne (ভ্যান হর্ন) এর মতে “কোন প্রকল্পের সম্ভাব্য আয়ের পরিবর্তনশীলতাকেই ঝুঁকি বলে।”

J.J Hampton (হ্যাম্পটন) এর মতে, “কোন বিনিয়োগ হতে প্রত্যাশিত রিটার্ন অপেক্ষা প্রকৃত রিটার্ন কম হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাকে ঝুঁকি হিসেবে সংজ্ঞায়িত করা যেতে পারে।” 

খ) ঝুঁকি ও অনিশ্চয়তার পার্থক্য

ঝুঁকির সৃষ্টি হয় অনিশ্চয়তা থেকে, তারপরেও ঝুঁকি ও অনিশ্চয়তার মধ্যে কিছু পার্থক্য রয়েছে। প্রথমত, সব অনিশ্চয়তা ঝুঁকি নয়। অনিশ্চয়তা পরিমাপ করা যায় না অন্যদিকে ঝুঁকি পরিমাপ করা যায়। অপ্রত্যাশিত কোনো ঘটনা ঘটার আশঙ্কাই হচ্ছে অনিশ্চয়তা। কিন্তু অপ্রত্যাশিত কোনো ঘটনা ঘটার আশঙ্কা কেমন তা যদি জানা না থাকে, তবে সেই অনিশ্চয়তাকে ঝুঁকি বলা যায় না। অন্যভাবে বলা যায়, অনিশ্চয়তার যে অংশটুকু পরিমাপ করা যায় সে অংশকে ঝুঁকি বলা হয়। কিছু কিছু অনিশ্চয়তা আছে, যা পরিমাপ করা যায়না। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, একটি কোম্পানির প্রধান নির্বাহির মৃত্যু হতে পারে, এটা একটা অনিশ্চয়তা, কিন্তু এই অনিশ্চয়তাকে পরিমাপ করা যায় না। ফলে এই রকম অনিশ্চয়তাকে ঝুঁকি বলা যায় না। 

দ্বিতীয়ত, ঝুঁকি পরিমাপ করা যায় বলে বিভিন্ন কৌশল প্রয়োগ করে ঝুঁকির পরিমাণ কমানো যায়। কিন্তু অনিশ্চয়তাকে বিভিন্ন কৌশল প্রয়োগ করে কমানো বা পরিহার করা যায় না। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, ঘূর্ণিঝড়ের কারণে কোনো কোম্পানির দালান ভেঙে যেতে পারে, কিন্তু ঘূর্ণিঝড় কোম্পানির নিয়ন্ত্রণে নেই বলে এই অনিশ্চয়তাকে কোম্পানি পরিহার করতে পারে না। পক্ষান্তরে, ভবিষ্যতে কোম্পানির বিক্রয় কমে যাওয়ার আশঙ্কা একটি ঝুঁকি। কারণ, এই ঝুঁকি পরিমাপ করা যায় এবং এই ঝুঁকি হ্রাস করার জন্য কোম্পানি বিভিন্ন কৌশল অবলম্বন করতে পারে। 

গ) ঝুঁকির শ্রেণীবিভাগ

ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানের দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে ঝুঁকির প্রকারভেদ:

ক. আর্থিক ঝুঁকি (Financial Risk) 

খ. ব্যবসায়িক ঝুঁকি (Business Risk) 

ক. আর্থিক ঝুঁকি (Financial Risk):

কোন ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানের মূলধন কাঠামোতে ঋণকৃত মূলধন ব্যবহারের ফলে যে ঝুঁকির সৃষ্টি হয় তাকে আর্থিক ঝুঁকি বলা হয়। অর্থাৎ কোন বিনিয়োগ হতে ঋনকৃত মূলধনের সুদ এবং আসল করার মতো পর্যাপ্ত নগদ প্রবাহ পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনাকে আর্থিক ঝুঁকি বলা হয়। সাধারনত ঋণ গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আর্থিক ঝুঁকির সৃষ্ঠি হয়। যদি কোন ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানে ঋণকৃত মূলধন ব্যবহার করা না হয় তাহলে ঐ প্রতিষ্ঠেিন কোন আথিক ঝুঁকি থাকে না।

একদিকে ঋণকৃত মূলধন ব্যবহার করা হলে প্রতিষ্ঠানের মালিকদের যেমন আয় বৃদ্ধি পায় অন্যদিকে আর্থিক দায় বৃদ্ধি পায়। যে সকল প্রতিষ্ঠানে ঋণকৃত মূলধনের পরিমাণ বেশি, সে সকল প্রতিষ্ঠানে আর্থিক ঝুঁকি ও বেশি। কারণ ঋণকৃত মূলধনের জন্য সুদ প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক। অন্যদিকে, অভ্যন্তরীণ উৎস হতে অর্থ সংগ্রহ করা হলে মুনাফা প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক নয়। ঋণকৃত মূলধন ব্যবহার করা হলে সুদ এবং উক্ত ঋণকৃত অর্থ পরিশোধের দায় সৃষ্টি হয়। 

উদাহরণস্বরূপ, কোনো ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান যদি সোনালী ব্যাংক হতে ১৫% হারে ৫০ লক্ষ টাকা ৫ বছরের জন্য ঋণ গ্রহণ করে, তাহলে প্রতিবছর ৭৫০,০০০ টাকা সুদ এবং পাঁচ বছর শেষে ৫০ লক্ষ টাকা পরিশোধের দায় সৃষ্টি হয়। ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান সাধারণত ঋণকৃত মূলধন বিনিয়োগ থেকে প্রাপ্ত নগদ প্রবাহ দিয়ে ঋণকৃত মূলধনের দায় পরিশোধ করে। কোনো কারণে ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান বিনিয়োগকৃত অর্থ থেকে পর্যাপ্ত নগদ প্রবাহ না পেলে দায় পরিশোধে ব্যর্থ হতে পারে। দীর্ঘসময় দায় পরিশোধ করতে ব্যর্থ হলে ঋণ সরবরাহকারী ব্যাংক বা প্রতিষ্ঠান ঋণগ্রহণকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারে এবং প্রতিষ্ঠনিটি দেউলিয়া হওয়ার আশঙ্কা থাকে। ফলে আর্থিক দায় পরিশোধের ব্যর্থতা থেকে যে ঝুঁকির সৃষ্টি হয়, তাকে আর্থিক ঝুঁকি বলে।

J . J Hampton এর মতে “কোন বিনিয়োগ হতে ঋনকৃত অর্থের সুদ পরিশোধ অথবা সুদসহ ঋণের অর্থ পরিশোধ অথবা ফার্মো জন্য মুনাফার ব্যবস্থা করার মতো পর্যাপ্ত নগদ প্রবাহ না পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনাকে আর্থিক ঝুঁকি বলা হয়।”

খ. ব্যবসায়িক ঝুঁকি (Business Risk):

ব্যবসায়িক ঝুঁকি সাধারনত আয়-ব্যয়ের অনিশ্চয়তা থেকে সৃষ্টি হয়। একটি ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান সফলভাবে পরিচালনা করার জন্য বিভিন্ন রকম পরিচালনা ব্যয়ের দরকার হয়। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, কাঁচামাল ক্রয়, বিক্রয় খরচ, কর্মচারিদের বেতন, অফিস ভাড়া, বিমা খরচ ইত্যাদি। এসব পরিচালনা খরচ পরিশোধের অক্ষমতা থেকে ব্যবসায়িক ঝুঁকির সৃষ্টি হয়। কোনো কোম্পানির পরিচালনা ব্যয় মেটানোর সক্ষমতা নির্ভর করে বিক্রয় থেকে আয়ের স্থতিশীলতা এবং পরিচালনা খরচের মিশ্রণ অর্থাৎ স্থায়ী এবং চলতি খরচের অনুপাতের উপর।

বিক্রয় আয়ে যদি স্থিতিশীলতা না থাকে অর্থাৎ কোনো সময় আয় বেশি হলে আবার কোনো সময় আয় কম হলে, ব্যসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানের পরিচালনা ব্যয় মেটানোর ক্ষেত্রে অনিশ্চয়তা দেখা দেয়। আবার পরিচালন ব্যয়ে স্থায়ী খরচ যেমন: অফিস ভাড়া, বিমা খরচ ইত্যাদির পরিমাণ বেশি হলে ব্যবসায়িক ঝুঁকির সৃষ্টি হয়। 

কোন ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান যদি সম্পূর্ণ অভ্যন্তরীণ উৎস থেকে অর্থ সংগ্রহ করে থাকে অর্থাৎ কোম্পানি কোনো বহিস্থ অর্থায়ন না করে তখন মুনাফা সংক্রান্ত এই অনিশ্চয়তাকে ব্যবসায়িক ঝুঁকি বলে। ব্যবসায়িক ঝুঁকির অন্যতম উৎস হলো বিক্রয়মূেল্যর পরিবর্তন, বিক্রয়ের পরিমাণ পরিবর্তন, উৎপাদনের উপকরণের মূল্য পরিবর্তন, চাহিদার পরিবর্তন, অতিরিক্ত স্থায়ী খরচের প্রবণতা ইত্যাদি।

Weston and Brigham এর মতে “যদি কোন ব্যসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান ঋণ করা অর্থ ব্যবহার না করে শুধুমাত্র নিজস্ব মূলধন বা সম্পত্তি ব্যবহান করে এবং ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানটির প্রত্যাশিত মুসাফার অনিশ্চয়তা দেখা দেয় তাহলে তাকে ব্যবসায ঝুঁকি বলা হয়।”

ঘ) আদর্শ বিচ্ছেদ এর মান নির্ণয়

অরন্যের ক্ষেত্রে আদর্শ বিচ্যুতি 

অনন্য এর ক্ষেত্রে আদর্শ বিচ্যুতি 

ঙ) আদর্শ বিচ্যুতি মানের প্রভাব ও বিনিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে নির্বাচন

প্রথমে বিগত ৪ বছরের আয় যোগ করে ৪ দিয়ে ভাগ করলে গত ৪ বছরের গড় আয় পাওয়া যাবে। উপরের টেবিলে দেখা যাচ্ছে গড় আয় ১৫%। এবার ঝুঁকি পরিমাপ করার জন্য আদর্শ বিচ্যুতি প্রয়োগ করবো। প্রথমে আমরা প্রতিবছরের আয় থেকে গড় আয় বা ১৫%-এর ব্যবধান বের করব। এর পরের কলামে এটাকে বর্গ করতে হবে। এবার উক্ত বর্গসমূহের যোগফল হলো ২৫০ এবং ৩৮। একে (n-১) বা (৪-১) বা ৩ দিয়ে ভাগ করতে হবে। যত বছরের আয় তা থেকে সর্বদাই ১ কম দিয়ে ভাগ করতে হবে। ভাগফলকে বর্গমূল করলে আমরা আদর্শ বিচ্যুতি পাব। ছকে এটা ৯.১২৮৭% এবং ৩.৫৫৯%। সুতরাং ৪ বছরের আয়ের ভিত্তিতে আমাদের গড় আয় ১৫% এবং ১৫% আর ঝুঁকির পরিমাণ ৯.১২৮৭% এবং ৩.৫৫৯%। এই আয় ও ঝুঁকি ব্যবহার করে আমরা ভবিষ্যতের সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করতে পারব। 

সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ: 

অরণ্য প্রকল্পে যদি আমরা ১৫% আয় পাই এবং আদর্শ বিচ্যুতি ৯.১২৮৭% এবং অনন্য প্রকল্পে যদি আমরা ১৫% আয় পাই এবং আদর্শ বিচ্যুতি ৩.৫৫৯%, তবে বিকল্প প্রকল্প থেকে আমাদের দ্বিতীয় প্রকল্প বেশি গ্রহণযোগ্য। কারণ সমপরিমাণ আয় কিন্তু ঝুঁকি কম হওয়ায় দ্বিতীয় প্রকল্প গ্রহণযোগ্য। 

সাধারণত আদর্শ বিচ্যুতির মান যত বেশি ঝুঁকিও তত বেশি এবং আদর্শ বিচ্যুতির মান যত কম বা ছোট তার কম ঝুঁকি নির্দেশ করে। সমান আয়ে কম ঝুঁকি বেশি গ্রহণযোগ্য এবং সমান ঝুঁকিতে অধিক লাভ বেশি গ্রহণযোগ্য।

The NCTB has prepared assignments with thematic assessment guidelines (including Rubix) to bring the students under the scope of continuous and continuous assessment of learning activities on the basis of the Ministry’s guidelines restructured curriculum. Assignment Work: বিনিয়োগ সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণে অর্থের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্যের ভূমিকা নিরূপণ করো।

সমস্যাঃ  একজন চাকরিজীবী জমি বিক্রি করে ১০লাখ টাকা পেলেন। তিনি ৫ বছর  এর জন্য টাকাগুলো দুটি ব্যাংকে রাখতে চান। একটি ব্যাংকে ৬ লাখ টাকা এবং অন্য একটি ব্যাংকে ৪ লক্ষ  টাকা রাখবেন । 

এজন্য X ও Y দুটি ব্যাংকে যোগাযোগ করলে X ব্যাংক ৯% চক্রবৃদ্ধি মুনাফা এবং Y ব্যাংক ৮.৫০% সাপ্তাহিক চক্রবৃদ্ধি মুনাফা দিতে চায়। 

 মতাবস্থায় কোন ব্যাংকে কত টাকা রাখলে অধিক লাভবান হবেন তা নিয়ে সিদ্ধান্তহীনতায় ভুগছেন। তার  বিনিয়োগ সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের জন্য তোমাকে যৌক্তিক পরামর্শ দিতে হবে । 

অর্থের সময় মূল্য ধারনাঃ 

ফিন্যান্স এর দৃষ্টিতে সময়ের সাথে সাথে অর্থের মূল্য  পরিবর্তিত হয় অর্থাৎ এখনকার ১০০ টাকা আর পাঁচ বছর পরের ১০০ টাকা সমান মূল্য বহন করে না।এখনকার ১০০ টাকা অধিকতর মূল্যবান।  এটাই অর্থের সময় মূল্য ধারণা।  অর্থের সময় মূল্য এর মূল কারণ সুদের হার। 

মনে করে আমি আমার বন্ধুর কাছে ১০০ টাকা পাই,  এমতাবস্থায় সে বলল ১০০ টাকা এখন না পরিশোধ করে বছর পর পরিশোধ করবে।  অর্থের সময় মূল্য বলে যে এখনকার ১০০ টাকা এবং আগামী বছরের ১১০ টাকা মূল্য অনুযায়ী সমান মূল্য বহন করে। 

অর্থের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য ও চক্রবৃদ্ধি করণ প্রক্রিয়াঃ 

বর্তমান মূল্য জানা থাকে একনং সূত্র ব্যবহার করে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য বের করা যায়। 

সূত্র ১ঃ  ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য (FV)= বর্তমান মূল্য (১+  সুদের হার) বাৎসরিক মেয়াদ

এখানে (FV) হচ্ছে Future Value 

বর্তমানের ১০০ টাকায ১ বছর পরের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য= ১০০ (১+০.১০)১

= ১১০ টাকা। 

বর্তমানে ১০০ টাকার ২ পরের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য= ১০০ (১+০.১০) ২

= ১২১ টাকা। 

ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ধারণের জন্য উপরোক্ত উদাহরণে যে প্রক্রিয়াটি ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে,  তাকে চক্রবৃদ্ধি করণ পদ্ধতি। এখানে লক্ষণীয় যে এক বছর পরে ১১০ টাকা ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্যের মধ্যে আসলো ১০০ টাকাও সুদ ১০% হারে ১০ টাকা। একইভাবে দ্বিতীয় বছর আরো 10 টাকা সুদ হলে  ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য হওয়া উচিত 120 টাকা কিন্তু দ্বিতীয়  বছর ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য হয়েছে 121 টাকা।  এর কারণ দ্বিতীয় বছরের শুরুতে আসল  ধরা হয় 110 টাকা এবং তাতে করে দ্বিতীয় বছরে 10% হারে সুদ হয় 11 টাকা। 

 এভাবে প্রথম বছরের সুদ আসল কে দ্বিতীয় বছরে আসল ধরে তার ওপর দ্বিতীয় বছরের ধার্য করার প্রক্রিয়াকে বলা হয় চক্রবৃদ্ধি করণ পদ্ধতি। চক্রবৃদ্ধি করণ পদ্ধতিতে  প্রতিবছর সুদ আসলের ওপর সুদ দাহ্য করে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা হয়।  অর্থাৎ সুদ আসলের ওপর  যে সুদ প্রদান করা হয় তাকে চক্রবৃদ্ধি সুদ বলা হয়।  কিন্তু সরল সুদের ক্ষেত্রে কেবল আসলের উপর সুদ গণনা করা হয়। 

বার্ষিক চক্রবৃদ্ধিকরণ ও বছরে একাধিক চক্রবৃদ্ধিকরণ করে অর্থের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ণয়ঃ 

কখনো কখনো বছরে একাধিকবার চক্রবৃদ্ধি হতে পারে।  যেমনঃ  ব্যাংকে টাকা রাখলে মাসিক ভিত্তিতে চক্রবৃদ্ধি হয়।  অর্থাৎ বছরের 12 বার চক্রবৃদ্ধি হয়।  সে ক্ষেত্রে সূত্রটিকে দুটি পরিবর্তন করতে হবে।বছরে যদি বারবার চক্রবৃদ্ধি হয়,  তাহলে প্রশত  সুদের হার কে 12 দিয়ে ভাগ করতে হবে এবং দ্বিতীয়ত মেয়াদকেও  12 দিয়ে গুণ করতে হবে।  একটি উদাহরণের মাধ্যমে সূত্রটির প্রয়োগ দেখানো হলো। 

 উদাহরণঃ  যদি তুমি 10% চক্রবৃদ্ধি সুদে 100 টাকা ব্যাংকে জমা রাখ এবং তুমি জানো বছরে ১২ বার চক্রবৃদ্ধি হবে,  তবে এক বছর পর তুমি কত টাকা পাবে?  এর সমাধানের জন্য তোমাকে নিচের সূত্রটি ব্যবহার করতে হবে। 

সূ্ত্রঃ 

ধারণা,  যদি তুমি আজকে 100 টাকা ব্যাংকে জমা রাখ তাহলে এক বছর পরে তুমি 110.৪৬ টাকা পাবে।  অর্থাৎ তুমি ১১০.৪৬- ১০০= ১০.৪ ৬ টাকা বেশি পাবে । 

কোন ব্যাংকে কত টাকা জমা রাখলে তিনি অধিক লাভবান হবেন এই বিষয়ে পরামর্শ

 আমরা জানি  বার্ষিকচক্রবৃদ্ধি ক্ষেত্রে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য 

যেহেতু প্রথম অবস্থার ক্ষেত্রে পাঁচ  বছর পরে মোট মূল্য অপেক্ষা দ্বিতীয় অবস্থার ক্ষেত্রে পাঁচ বছর পরে  মোট মূল্য কম,  যেহেতু প্রথম অবস্থাতে অর্থাৎ x ব্যাংকে ৬ লাখ টাকা এবং y  ব্যাংকে ৪ লাখ টাকা জমা রাখলে তিনি অধিক লাভবান হবে।

Assignment Work: আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে তার অর্থায়ন ব্যবস্থাপনা বিষয়ক জ্ঞান সহায়ক বিষয়টির যৌক্তিকতা নিরূপণ করো

অর্থায়নের ধারণা : অর্থায়ন তহবিল ব্যবস্থাপনা নিয়ে কাজ করে । কোন উৎস থেকে কী পরিমাণ তহবিল সংগ্রহ করে , কোথায় কীভাবে বিনিয়ােগ করা হলে কারবারে সর্বোচ্চ মুনাফা হবে , অর্থায়ন সেই সংক্রান্ত পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন ও বাস্তবায়ন করে । একটি ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্ষেত্রে মালামাল বিক্রয় থেকে অর্থের আগমন হয় । কারবারে মালামাল প্রস্তুত ও ক্রয় করার জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের তহবিলের প্রয়ােজন হয় । যেমন : মেশিনপত্র ক্রয় , কঁাচামাল ক্রয় , শ্রমিকদের মজুরি প্রদান ইত্যাদি । এগুলাে তহবিলের ব্যবহার । তহবিলের এই প্রয়োজন।

কারবারি অর্থায়নের গুরুত্ব : তীব্র যাগিতামূলক মুক্ত বাজারনীতিতে প্রতিটি ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান অত্যন্ত সতকর্তার সাথে অর্থায়ন পরিকল্পনা করে থাকে । কারণ অর্থায়ন পরিকল্পনার উপরই একটি ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানের লক্ষ্য অর্জন নির্ভরশীল । তাই বর্তমানে প্রতিটি প্রতিষ্ঠান যেমন- সরকারি , বেসরকারি ও আন্তর্জাতিক ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলাে বিশেষ গুরুত্বের সাথে পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী অর্থায়ন করে থাকে । কারণ , সুপরিকল্পিত ও দক্ষ অর্থায়ন ব্যবস্থাপনার কারণে একদিকে যেমন ঝুঁকি হ্রাস পায় , অন্যদিকে আয় বা মুনাফা বৃদ্ধি পায় । নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়সমূহ অর্থায়ন ব্যবস্থাপনাকে আরাে বেশি অর্থবহ করে তুলবে :

( ক ) মূলধন সংকট ( খ ) উৎপাদনমুখী বিনিয়ােগ ( গ ) ব্যাংকিং ব্যবস্থা ( ঘ ) শিক্ষিত উদ্যোক্তার অভাব ( ঙ ) স্বল্প মেয়াদি তহবিলের ব্যবহার

আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের কার্যাবলী : আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের কার্যাবলীকে নিম্নোক্তভাগে ভাগ করা যায় । যেমন ১. অর্থায়ন সিদ্ধান্ত ২. বিনিয়ােগ সিদ্ধান্ত ৩. অন্যান্য সিদ্ধান্ত / লভ্যাংশ বন্টন সিদ্ধান্ত

১. অর্থায়ন সিদ্ধান্ত : আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের দ্বিতীয় কাজ হলাে প্রকল্পে ব্যবহারের জন্য প্রয়ােজনীয় অর্থের সংস্থান করা । অথাৎ , একটি প্রকল্পে বিনিয়ােগের জন্য কি পরিমাণ তহবিল প্রয়ােজন তা নির্ধারণ করা এবং কীভাবে সংগ্রহ করা হবে , কোন উৎস থেকে এবং কখন সংগ্রহ করব ঠিক করতে হবে । বিনিয়ােগের জন্য প্রয়ােজনীয় অর্থের কী পরিমাণ নিজস্ব মূলধন ( equity ) এবং কী পরিমাণ ঋণকৃত মূলধন ( debt capital ) থেকে সংস্থান করা হবে তা নির্ধারণ করাই হচ্ছে । এ সিদ্ধান্তের মূল প্রতিপাদ্য বিষয় ।

২. বিনিয়ােগ সিদ্ধান্ত : একজন আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের সর্বপ্রথম কাজ হলাে লাভজনক বিনিয়ােগ প্রকল্প চিহ্নিত করা এবং ঐ প্রকল্পে বিনিয়ােগ সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা । অর্থাৎ , কোন কোন প্রকল্পে বা সম্পত্তিতে বিনিয়ােগ করলে প্রতিষ্ঠানের উদ্দেশ্য অর্জন সহজ হবে তা নির্ধারণ করা । সে

৩. লভ্যাংশ বণ্টন সিদ্ধান্ত : পরিকল্পিত ও গৃহীত প্রকল্পসমূহ বাস্তবায়নের মাধ্যমে কোম্পানি যে মুনাফা অর্জন করে , তা শেয়ার মালিকদের মধ্যে বন্টনের ব্যাপারে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপককে নিতে হয় । অর্থাৎ , অর্জিত মুনাফার সম্পূর্ণ না আংশিক শেয়ার মালিকদের মধ্যে বন্টন করা হবে , তা নির্ধারন করা আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপককের কাজ ।

যদি কোম্পানির নিকট লাভজনক বিনিয়ােগ সুযােগ থাকে , তাহলে অর্থসংস্থান করার জন্য মুনাফার সম্পূর্ণ অংশ বন্টন না করে আংশিক বন্টন করা হয় । আংশিক মুনাফা বন্টন করা হলে শেয়ার মূল্যের উপর কি প্রভাব পড়তে পারে তা বিবেচনা কওে সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করতে হয় । তাই কোম্পানির শেয়ার মালিকদের প্রত্যাশিত লভ্যাংশ ও ভবিষ্যতে বিনিয়ােগের সুযােগ সম্বন্ধে চিন্তাভাবনা করে অর্জিত মুনাফার যে অংশ মালিকদের মধ্যে বিতরণ করার সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা হয় , তাকে মুনাফা বন্টন হার ( Dividend payout ratio ) বলা হয়।

6th Week SSC 2024 Assignment Pdf Download ( Science, Humanities, Business)

The SSC 2024 sixth week assignment has been published in the light of the short syllabus of the 2024 SSC examinees prepared by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board as per the instructions of the Ministry of Education due to the deadly coronavirus. On 23 August 2024, the authority published the sixth week assignment of students from all public and private educational institutions of the country to participate in the SSC examination in 2024 on the website of the department.

According to the grid of assignment publication, the Department of Secondary and Higher Education published the assignment for the fifth week of SSC 2024 on 16 August 2024, following which assignment homework was given for the scheduled subjects for the sixth week on 23 August.
