Just register and you earn 200 points which you can use to download all sorts of useful stuff. Unfortunately the MP3’s of HSK2, 3, 4B etc are not free. Cheers.

About the Author Professor Jiang Liping is a postgraduate tutor in Beijing Language and Culture University whose research focuses on the theories of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, teaching methodology and textbook study. Ms. Jiang’s works include books such as On Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, Ways on How to Teach Foreigners Chinese and Classroom Expression Course for Chinese Teaching as well as more than 10 papers published in Language Teaching and Linguistic Studies, Chinese Language Teaching and other journals. She has given lectures in many countries and cities, such as Japan, the United States, Thailand and Hong Kong.

HSK 1 Course

Designed for learners who can understand and use some simple chinese characters and sentences to communicate, and prepares them for continuing their chinese studies. in hsk 1 all characters are provided along with pinyin..

This is a full course to prepare four the HSK 1 test. In the HSK Level I test, which lasts 40 minutes, focuses on listening and reading comprehension. This is a course for those at the beginning stages of learning Mandarin. Learners will be introduced to 150 words along with simple phrases to meet basic needs for communication.

• 150 Chinese vocabulary

• 174 Chinese characters

• 250 words related to daily life

• Introducing yourself in Mandarin

I don't know whether there is only one or not, since the HSK is organised by Hanban, and BLCU is not Hanban, it is possible that other publishers have their own courses?

This article describes a new software tool called RadicalLocator that can be used to automatically identify (e.g., for visual inspection) individual target radicals (i.e., groups of strokes) in written Chinese characters. We first briefly clarify why this software is useful for research purposes and discuss the factors that make this pattern recognition task so difficult. We then describe how the software can be downloaded and installed, and used to identify the radicals in characters for the purposes of, for example, selecting materials for psycholinguistic experiments. Finally, we discuss several known limitations of the software and heuristics for addressing them.

We explored the effect of stroke removal from Chinese characters on eye movements during reading to examine the role of stroke encoding in character identification. Experimental sentences were comprised of characters with different proportions of strokes removed (15, 30, and 50%), and different types of strokes removed (beginning, ending, and strokes that ensured the configuration of the character was retained).

The Old Chinese reconstruction system in Baxter and Sagart (2014) relies in part on dialectal forms, particularly from the Mǐn dialects, and on Chinese loans to neighboring languages, primarily Vietic, Hmong-Mien and Kra-Dai. Two experiments studying the standard and modified VVER fuel fabricated at the Machine-Building Plant (in Elektrostal) and PWR fuel produced according to the typical specifications were performed on the HBWR research reactor (Halden, Norway) from 1995 to 2005. The objective of these experiments was to study the effect of the structural-technological parameters on the behavior of VVER fuel in comparison with the typical PWR fuel. These studies made it possible to expand the in-reactor data base on the behavior of VVER uranium oxide fuel as well as to develop recommendations for improving the technology of its production in order to increase fuel stability under irradiation.
