India saw some brave and audacious freedom fighters who fought relentlessly to free their country from the British rule. India's freedom was largely attributed to the contributions of its heroes, Bhagat Singh, Mahatma Gandhi, Rani Laxmi Bai, Subhash Chandra Bose, to name some of them. Every freedom fighter contributed something unique to make India a lovely country to live in. Here are a few sample essays on ‘Indian Freedom Fighters’.

Essay on Freedom Fighters of India - 100, 200, 500 Words

100 Words Essay On Freedom Fighters

India attained independence on August 15, 1947, as a result of the valiant freedom struggle led by its great warriors. Our freedom fighters contributed to fighting a number of conflicts, movements, battles, and upheavals.

Significant contributions have been made by outstanding liberation fighters like Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Dr Rajendra Prasad, Dr Lal Bahadur Shastri, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, and Mahatma Gandhi.

Freedom fighters not only battled to protect their country, but also for everyone who suffered in silence and lost their family, freedom, or even the right to live independently. The people of the country have a great deal of respect for the freedom fighters.

200 Words Essay On Freedom Fighters

India owes its freedom to its valiant freedom fighters. They are the reason why we can take the privilege of celebrating an Independence Day. They were revolutionaries, and some of them employed non-violence as a tool to combat the British. Because of the effort made by our freedom fighters to achieve independence, India finally attained independence on August 15, 1947.

My Favourite Freedom Fighters

Mahatma Gandhi, popularly known as the 'Father of the Nation', is someone I adore dearly and is one of my favourite freedom fighters. He chose the path of non-violence and achieved liberation using just the truth and peace, not any weapons.

Another great freedom fighter was Rani Lakshmi Bai, a strong woman who had a lot to teach by example. Despite facing so many challenges, she battled for the nation. The mother never abandoned her nation for the sake of her kid; rather, she took him to the front lines of the war against injustice.

After a century of revolution, bloodshed, and wars, we were able to take back our freedom from the British. We live in a democratic, independent country because of these outstanding leaders. Numerous freedom fighters struggled to defend the people from British injustice, exploitation, and cruelty. It was their sheer love and dedication for the country and its people that they took India back from the British.

500 Words Essay on Freedom Fighters

Freedom fighters are individuals who dedicate their lives to fighting for the freedom of their people. They are willing to put their own lives on the line in order to bring about change and to stand up for what is right.

Learnings From Freedom Fighters

One of the most important lessons that can be learned from freedom fighters is the importance of standing up for what you believe in. Freedom fighters are not afraid to speak out against injustice and oppression, even when it means putting themselves in harm's way. They show us that it is possible to make a difference in the world, even when the odds are against us.

Another important lesson is the power of perseverance. Freedom fighters are often fighting against powerful and entrenched systems of oppression, and they know that the road to freedom is long and difficult. But they do not give up. They continue to fight, even when the going gets tough, because they know that their cause is just and that freedom is worth fighting for.

Freedom fighters also teach us the importance of empathy and compassion. They understand the suffering of others and they are willing to put themselves in harm's way in order to alleviate that suffering. They show us that it is possible to be selfless and to work for the greater good, even in the face of adversity.

Lastly, freedom fighters remind us of the power of unity. They know that they cannot fight for freedom alone. They rely on the support and solidarity of others in order to achieve their goals. They remind us that when we come together and stand united, we are stronger and more effective in fighting for what is right.

My Experience

I was working as a journalist in a war-torn country when I met a freedom fighter named Ahmed. He was a young man who had dedicated his life to fighting for the freedom of his people. I was immediately drawn to his passion and conviction.

I spent time with Ahmed and his group, learning about their cause and the harsh realities of the war they were fighting. I saw firsthand the atrocities committed by the ruling regime, and the bravery and sacrifice of those who fought against it.

Through Ahmed, I came to understand the true meaning of freedom and the importance of standing up for what is right, even in the face of overwhelming odds. His courage and selflessness inspired me to become more involved in the fight for freedom and to use my platform as a journalist to raise awareness about the struggle.

Meeting Ahmed changed my life in many ways. It opened my eyes to the suffering of others and taught me the power of empathy and compassion. It also made me realise the importance of taking action to make a difference in the world. I will always be grateful for the time I spent with Ahmed and his group, and I will continue to fight for freedom in their honour.

Short Essay on Freedom fighters [100, 200, 400 Words] With PDF

In this lesson, you will learn how you can write short essays on Freedom Fighters . Here, I will write three sets of short essays on the same topic covering different word limits.

Table of Contents

Short essay on freedom fighters in 100 words, short essay on freedom fighters in 200 words, short essay on freedom fighters in 400 words.

Feature image of Short Essay on Freedom fighters

Freedom is one of the most expected states of living throughout the world for all living beings. Any kind of bondage or forcing anyone to imprisonment is a punishable offence. All have the right to live freely. Similarly, when India lost her independence to the British in 1757 after the battle of Plassey, for the next 200 years India fought for her independence.

It was extremely difficult for the freedom fighters or the brave souls to bring India’s Independence. Freedom fighters of those people who fight for the freedom of their specific nation, and who sacrifice their lives for the same. India is one of the most significant lands where brave freedom fighters are born to save the motherland.

Whether on a small scale or on a large scale, freedom of life is the most desired state for all living beings on Earth. Those who fight for their own freedom are called freedom fighters. They are extremely brave and never scared to sacrifice their life for the greater good. Throughout centuries several parts of the world have experienced the loss of their Independence.

Many countries like India have suffered colonial aggression under a strong power like the British. So for the next 200 years, Indian freedom fighters have constantly fought against the torture of the British Empire.

Be it America or India or African communities, freedom fighters are always those energetic people whose blood has been rewarded by the personalized constitution of every nation. As for India, freedom fighters like Netaji, Gandhi, Surya Sen, Binay-Badal-Dinesh, Khudiram, and others have been duty-bound to bring India freedom.

While Gandhiji worked for the nonviolence method, some revolutionaries fought directly with arms against the British. In both ways, India received her independence. A freedom fighter, hence, is not just using the brain but also constantly fighting against the torture, physically. Today soldiers fighting at the borders are respected as freedom fighters because for getting their own lives they constantly try to keep the country safe and secure.

If any human being is asked about the greatest state of living on the earth, they will consider freedom to be one of those. From a small scale to a bigger region, freedom is the most desired state of all. When a country gets captivated, the citizens of that nation fight for their rights and independence. Those people who fight for their rights and freedom are called freedom fighters.

A freedom fighter is perhaps the most respectable person on this earth. He is much more than a simple human, not because he is fighting for his country. Beyond anything, the fighter forgets about his own family and dedicates his life completely for the sake of the nation. He never gives importance to his own life and binds himself to a single purpose of saving the country.

India is a seat for many such great freedom fighters whom we still remember and pay our respects to. In fact, any country gives extreme importance to the lives of freedom fighters. They are immortal for the sacrifice they make for the country’s well-being. These brave soldiers are bound by their codes of duty and honour and are instructed in different ways to make them able and responsible war figures for the nation.

When the British came to India and colonized the country for almost 200 years, then at several places in the country, freedom fighters waged wars against them. It all started on small scales where the Queen of Jhansi, Tantia Tope, Mangal Pandey, Titumir, and others waged wars against the colonial masters. They made their efforts stronger even as a tribal chief or a specific group of people. But later on with the advent of Gandhian politics in India and the availability of guns, gunpowder, bullets, and other equipment, freedom fighters started developing their skills.

They now used the weapons of the British against them and the country blazed in revolt. After Sepoy Mutiny in 1857, India saw how Bengal became a seat of such brave freedom fighters. Surya Sen, Netaji, Khudiram, Binay-Badal-Dinesh, Pritilata Waddedar, and Matangini Hazra, all became important faces to drive the country to independence. While Gandhi proposed non-violence, simultaneously the freedom fighters continued their actions. Both at two different levels are freedom fighters.

Thus freedom fighters believe in their own strengths and still now whenever a country faces a crisis of independence they jump forward to rescue all. Many are brutally wounded and made impaired for life. The life of the freedom fighters reminds us to maintain peace between nations.

The British exploited and cruelly abused the people they fought for. The British ruled India until 1947 when it gained independence. Our country was heavily influenced by the British before 1947.

Some of the regions of India were also under the control of other foreign countries, such as the Portuguese and French. We did not have an easy time fighting and exiling foreign rulers from our country. Numerous people have raised the issue of the national movement. Independence was a long-term struggle.

Getting India’s independence was a big accomplishment thanks to India’s freedom fighters. With the first war of independence in 1857, the freedom movement began against British rule. This revolt was initiated by both Hindus and Muslims.

The Indian revolt against the British was initiated by Mangal Panday, who has been hailed as a hero in modern India. After the Indian national congress was founded in 1885, freedom movements intensified in our country.

To achieve their goal, they must endure severe pain and hardship. They forever owe the entire national debt of gratitude.

Those who fought for freedom cannot be overstated in their importance. Every year, the country celebrates Independence Day to honor the thousands of people who once struggled for freedom for their countrymen. Their countrymen will never forget their sacrifices.

As we examine the history, we find most freedom fighters did not possess formal war or related training prior to joining the freedom struggle. Their participation in wars and protests was accompanied by the knowledge that they might be killed by the opposing force.

It wasn’t just the armed resistance against the tyrants that made the freedom fighters. The protesters contributed money, they were legal advocates, they participated in the freedom struggle through literature, etc. Foreign powers were fought by the bravest soldiers. By pointing out social injustice and crimes committed by the powerful, they made their fellow citizens realize their rights.

It was in this capacity that freedom fighters inspired others to become aware of their rights and to seek justice against those in power. In this capacity, they left a lasting impact on society. They influenced others to join their struggle.

The freedom fighters were responsible for unifying the countrymen in a sentiment of nationalism and patriotism. The freedom struggle would not have been successful without freedom fighters. In a free country, we can prosper because of them.

600 Words Essay on Freedom Fighters And Struggle

A freedom fighter is an individual who has fought for the country against a common enemy. During the British invasion of India in the 1700s, they fought the enemies who had taken over the country. There was either a peaceful protest or a physical protest by each fighter.

Many brave people who fought for India’s independence have been named, such as Bhagat Singh, Tantia Tope, Nana Sahib, Subhash Chandra Bose, and countless others. The foundation of India’s freedom and democracy was laid by Mahatma Gandhi, Jawhar Lal Nehru, and B.R. Ambedkar.

It took a long time and a lot of effort to achieve freedom. Mahatma Gandhi said to be the father of our nation, worked for the abolition of untouchability, the end of poverty, and the establishment of Swaraj (self-rule), putting global pressure on the British. Indian freedom struggle began in 1857 with Rani Laxmibai.

Her death by the British was tragic, but she came to symbolize women’s empowerment and patriotism. Generations to come will be inspired by such courageous symbols. History does not record the names of the endless number of unnamed martyrs who served the nation.

To pay homage to someone means to show them deep respect and honor. In honor of those who sacrificed their lives while serving their nation, a day has been set aside called “Martyr’s Day”. Every year, it is celebrated on the 30th of January to honor the brave martyrs who died in the line of duty.

Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated on Martyr’s Day by Nathuram Godse. To honor the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the country, we observe a minute of silence on that day.

The country has erected numerous statues honoring monumental figures, and many roads, towns, stadiums, and airports are named after them. My visit to Port Blair took me to the British-operated Cellular Jail where anyone who questioned their methods was imprisoned.

There were many independent activists held in the jail, including Batukeshwar Dutt and Babarao Savarkar. These brave people are now displayed in a museum in the jail that once housed them. As a result of the British exiling them from India, most of the inmates died there.

India is filled with museums named after freedom fighters, including the Nehru Planetarium and another educational museum dedicated to education. Their contribution to the country will be less affected by all of these gestures. Their selfless service allowed us to see a better tomorrow because of their blood, sweat, and tears.

All over India, kites are flown on Independence Day. On that day, we are all united as Indians. As a symbol of peace for freedom fighters, I light diyas. As our defense forces protect our borders, they continue to lose lives. Whether it is by protecting their nation or working for it, it is every citizen’s duty to serve their nation.

Our freedom fighter ancestors fought never-ending battles to give us a free land to live, work, and eat in. I promise to respect their choices. It is India that has sheltered me and will continue to do so for the rest of my days. I will consider that the greatest honor of my life.

Our country is free because of freedom fighters. To live together harmoniously and peacefully and to ensure social justice, we must honor their sacrifices.

Freedom fighters’ stories inspire today’s youth. Throughout their lives, they have fought for and believed in values that demonstrate their difference in life. We as citizens of India should respect and honor the sacrifice by creating a peaceful environment in the country

Some of our freedom fighters, including Mahatma Gandhi, strongly believed in the strength of not using weapons. They laid their lives for the freedom of our country by protecting their ideology of non-violence and non-cooperation. The struggle was long and involved a lot of sacrifices. But it paid off in the end, and finally, on August 15 1947, the British decided to declare India an independent nation. Since then, we have been enjoying this freedom and become a force to reckon with in the world. Our responsibility is to recognise and honour the courage, sacrifice and valour shown by our freedom fighters and look after our country in the coming years. We must respect our values, traditions and culture to glorify our country and strive toward achieving the best.

An essay for class 3 requires students to elaborate and touch on finer aspects of the topic. Help your child write a 500-word essay on freedom fighters by asking them to split their structure into key sub-heads. Below is a template that will help them structure their essay impressively.

Our freedom fighters are the key highlight of our freedom struggle against the British. Our freedom fighters motivated the people of India to rise from slavery and subjugation and understand the importance of living in a free country. They held values that were high on ideals and wished to see a country capable of thriving independently without being ruled and governed by another country or ruler.

Importance Of Freedom Fighters

Freedom can only be earned and should be respected as it involves tremendous sacrifice and courage. Our freedom fighters sought the independence of India as they wished to eradicate the inequalities in society. Freedom fighters took the responsibility of revolting against British rule so that injustice and inequality would be removed and everyone could live equally in a free community. Freedom fighters overcame odds and fought back. In the process, they have motivated future generations and kindled a sense of patriotism with their sacrifice.

Freedom Fighters Of India

Some of the prominent freedom fighters of India are:

1. Bhagat Singh

Bhagat Sing once said, “It will take a loud voice to make the deaf hear”. He bombed the British assembly and shook the foundation of the Imperial realm. He kindled the spirit of freedom through his motivational speeches to people and fought his battle against the British. He got hanged on March 23 1931, for his daring acts and defiance against the British.

2. Netaji Subash Chandra Bose

“Give me your blood, and I will give you freedom”- This was the motivational line used by Netaji to inspire people to seek freedom. Although he did not follow the ideology of non-violence, he built the Indian National Army.

3. Rani Laxmi Bai

A prominent figure, being a woman, Rani Laxmi Bai single-handedly fought the British and succumbed to her death. Although she was a woman, it did not deter her from protecting her kingdom from the British.

4. Jawahar Lal Nehru

The first Prime Minister of India was a follower of Mahatma Gandhi and believed in the ideology of non-violence. He was detained several times during the struggle and still fought the battle to gain independence.

5. Mahatma Gandhi

The stoic man who earned the title of the Mahatma was no less than a god-like figure for Indians during the independence struggle. He preached non-violence and believed firmly in its impact. High ideology finally triumphed, and the British were equally in awe of his ability.

This is why men and women from all parts of the world enlist themselves in the army , navy or the air force to contribute to the safety of their nation. You can be one of those brave soldiers! Read on to learn about the most prominent freedom fighters in India along with their contributions to the nation.

Freedom fighters

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi is known as the ‘Father of the Nation’ and ‘Mahatma Gandhi’, because of his remarkable efforts. Born on the 2nd of October, 1869, he married Kasturba when he was 13, studied law in London, and then traveled to South Africa for practice. South Africa is where he was inspired to fight for human rights after witnessing racial injustice against some Indians. After witnessing India’s condition under British rule, Gandhi became a fervent supporter of the independence movement. He protested against the salt taxes and led various nonviolent anti-British campaigns in his quest for independence.  The non-cooperation movement and the Quit India movement were some of the most significant movements taken up by Mahatma Gandhi.

Subhas Chandra Bose was, without a doubt, one of the greatest Indian freedom fighters in history. He was born on January 23rd, 1897. From the early 1920s till the end of 1930, he was the leader of the radical wing of Congress.

He established the Indian National Army (INA) with Japanese assistance. Despite his formal cause of death being attributed to an Aircraft accident in 1945, speculations about it being a cover-up or a complete fabrication persist to this day.

Bhagat Singh, born in 1907, was born into a Sikh family in Punjab’s undivided state and held firmly to his values of patriotism till his death.

He was one of India’s most radical revolutionaries. Singh was contentious but a well-respected figure in India’s quest for freedom.

Bhagat, along with Batukeshwar Dutt, bombed the Central Legislative Assembly in Delhi on April 8, 1929. A death penalty for Bhagat and life imprisonment for Dutt thereafter. Singh was only 23 to achieve so much as a front-line warrior fighting for India’s independence. The history is incomplete without the name and sacrifice of Bhagat Singh.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, born in 1875, gained the title of ‘Sardar’ due to his heroic effort in the Bardoli Satyagrah. He has been a fearless individual from an early age. The title “iron man of India” was declared because of his willpower and determination for the country. Sardar Patel began his career as a lawyer, but he left the profession to fight for India’s independence from British domination. Following India’s independence, he became the country’s Deputy Prime Minister and committed himself to uniting the nation, a task he completed successfully

Freedom fighters

Jawaharlal Nehru, born in 1889, was the only son of Motilal Nehru and Swarup Rani. Nehru began his career as an attorney before becoming well-known as an Indian independence fighter and politician. Mahatma Gandhi’s attempts to free India from Britishers influenced his determination for India’s independence.

He became involved in the liberation struggle, rising to the position of President of the Indian National Congress before becoming India’s first Prime Minister after independence. His nickname was Nehru Chacha because he loved children so much that his birthday is declared as Children’s Day.

Tilak was an outstanding Indian freedom fighter, born in 1856. Bal Gangadhar Tilak initiated the slogan – “Swaraj is my birthright.” He was known as one of the Lal, Bal, and Pal triad. Tilak started schools and published periodicals to resist the British rulers.

Lala Lajpat Rai, also known as Punjab Kesari, was born in Punjab in 1865. Rai was one of the Indian National Congress’s radical members and was a member of the Lal-Bal-Pal trio. He rose to prominence after leading the Non-Cooperation Movement and the Punjab Protest against the Jalliawala Bagh event in 1920. The Britishers, in a Lathi charge, killed him during a Simon Commission demonstration in 1928.

Rani Laxmibai, the queen of the princely state of Jhansi in North India, became a symbol of women’s resistance throughout India’s independence struggle. Her name was ‘Manikarnika’ when she was born in Kashi in 1828. She married Gangadhar Rao, the King of Jhansi when she was just 12 years old. Following her husband’s death, Rani Laxmibai assumed control of the state’s government. She made it obvious to the British that she would not submit to their authority. For seven days, she heroically defended her region with a little army. She battled the British valiantly till killed in Gwalior in 1858.

Mahadevi Verma, a Hindi poet, freedom fighter, and educationist, was born in Allahabad in 1907 to a progressive Hindu family. She was the principal and then the vice-chancellor of Allahabad’s Prayag Mahila Vidyapeeth, a women’s residential institution contributing significantly to women’s education . Mahadevi Verma, did not participate in political activity. There is a frequent comparison as she is fond of Bhakti Saint Mirabai of the 16th century.

Basanti Devi, born on the 23rd March 1880, became involved in the independence struggle when her husband, Chittaranjan Das, was arrested. Being one of the most prominent woman freedom fighters , she was a part of the Khilafat movement and civil disobedience campaign . She was also a founder member of the Nari Karma Mandira, a women’s educational center.

She was in prison for a brief time in Kolkata for selling Khadi. Her arrest sparked indignation and resentment across the country. She took over the weekly magazine Bangalar Katha when her husband died.

She was the President of the Bengal Provincial Congress with a Padma Vibhushan award in 1973.

  • India’s freedom has been possible due to the contributions of multiple freedom fighters who might not be on our list, but that still doesn’t mean that their contributions have been any less.
  • Since India’s independence some seven decades ago, the country has evolved at a quicker rate, the roots of which exist in the efforts taken by the freedom fighters.
  • The country is developing economically and socially, and it is on the road to progress.
  • This progress would be incomplete without the foundational steps taken by India’s pioneers of freedom.

A Video Game Made Out of Brick, Clay and Tenacity

The handcrafted Harold Halibut, about a hapless janitor stuck in an undersea city, was more than a decade in the making.

In a video game screenshot a character stands and looks at another seated in front of a variety of computer consoles.

By Rollo Romig

A handmade video game sounds like an oxymoron, like a rock opera or a TV movie. But on rare occasions, designers choose to build their interactive worlds not from pixels and polygons but from physical materials like cardboard and clay.

For his haunting 2013 puzzle game, The Swapper, Olli Harjola sculpted sets and characters out of Plasticine and then digitized them using a technique called photogrammetry. “People were often like, ‘Wow, why did you choose this very cumbersome and complicated method of making stuff?’” Harjola said.

In fact, it was a practical decision: Harjola had no idea how to program 3-D models, so working with real stuff felt like an easier entry point into video game design. The same was true for Slow Bros., a studio in Cologne, Germany, behind Harold Halibut, which releases on Tuesday for the PC and PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

Fourteen years ago, fresh out of film school, Onat Hekimoglu had an idea for a game about a hapless janitor stuck in an undersea city on an alien planet after his ancestors fled from a calamity back on Earth. The scenes he imagined were visually ambitious, but he had no experience building things digitally. So he and his friends chose to work around the skills they did not have (coding, 3-D modeling) in favor of those they did (carpentry, sculpture, lighting, costume design).

Soon Hekimoglu, Harold Halibut’s director and designer, enlisted Ole Tillmann, who became the game’s art director and puppetmaker. Tillmann attended the Rhode Island School of Design, where his instructors had emphasized making things by hand, he said, “and then it’s up to the students to figure out the digital portion themselves.”

At a scale of 10 to 1, the game’s designers built nearly everything players see onscreen, including clay characters and adorably miniature costumes sewn from real textiles.

They built several walls from real minuscule bricks fastened with real mortar. To weather sets, they would leave them out in the rain, or allow them to collect dust for weeks, or accelerate rust with a special spray. For a while, Tillmann became fascinated with 19th-century faux-marble techniques, which he used to create trompe-l’oeil surfaces with a blend of plaster, dye and bone glue.

At first, Slow Bros. thought it would animate Harold Halibut using traditional stop-motion techniques. But the studio was unhappy with an early prototype and set off on a journey of experimentation. Eventually the designers devised a novel solution: They made detailed 3-D scans of their handmade puppets, props and set pieces before importing them into the video game engine Unity and using motion capture to bring the characters to life.

Few game developers have taken this hybrid route. “It’s not a very reasonable thing to do,” said Jakub Dvorsky, the founder of Amanita Design, whose forthcoming game Phonopolis is digitally animated from scans of hand-painted paper and cardboard. “So it needs a developer who’s driven, passionate, a little crazy.”

Despite what many assume, Hekimoglu said, the handmade approach is not the reason Harold Halibut took more than a decade to produce. Funding is what slowed them down.

But even that had its benefits. With little money but plenty of time, the team pursued creative puzzles just for the fun of it, making water animations from scratch instead of importing a premade asset.

Narratively, Slow Bros. was inspired by a genre of games known as walking simulators , such as Dear Esther and Firewatch, whose interactivity is less about gameplay and more about pursuing a story by exploring an environment. But the studio’s frame of reference was not centered on video games; Tillmann singled out inspirations like Archigram and Ant Farm, two avant-garde architecture collectives.

Harold Halibut is teeming with little details and detours. If you opt to sit down and watch a tiny television in a break room, you can catch eight minutes of a surreal, unsubtitled Turkish-language telenovela that the developers wrote, built from clay and animated from scratch.

The game, including the telenovela, is fully voice-acted by a large cast of actors. But when Slow Bros. recorded motion capture to map physical performances onto its clay puppets, Hekimoglu played every character himself — an impressive feat of acting given the game’s variety of personalities. This spared him from having to painstakingly explain to actors how to move and where to look without the benefit of life-size sets as a reference point. “I have the entire game in my mind,” he said.

Harold Halibut’s handmade quality dovetails with its story and ideas. In the characters’ attempts to escape the planet they are stuck on, they are trying to build a solution with the materials they have on hand, just like the game’s own designers. The deliberately imperfect aesthetic also syncs nicely with Harold Halibut’s vision of futuristic tech: Despite the incessant hype of tech corporations, the gear the characters produce is often unreliable or disappointing.

“Usually games want to make you the hero,” Hekimoglu said. “We liked the idea of things not working, things failing, and maybe not reaching your goals.”
