భవిష్యత్ నిర్మాతలు ఉపాధ్యాయులు.. భావి భారత పౌరులు విద్యార్థులు.. వీరే మన దేశ ప్రగతి రథ సారథులు..

టీచర్-స్టూడెంట్ రిలేషన్ షిప్ గురించి ప్రత్యేకంగా చెప్పాల్సిన పని లేదు. ఎందుకంటే మన దేశంలో తల్లిదండ్రుల తర్వాత ఓనమాలు నేర్పించిన గురువులకే ఆ స్థానం లభించింది. గురువులను సాక్షాత్తు దైవంగా భావించారు. అందుకే శతాబ్దాల నాటి గురుకులాలైనా.. ఆన్ లైన్ పాఠాలు విపరీతంగా పెరుగుతున్న నేటి ఆధునిక యుగంలో అయినా బోధన ఒక పవిత్రమైన వృత్తిగా విరాజిల్లుతోంది. అందుకే గురువుకు సమాజంలో ఎనలేని గౌరవం ఉంటుంది.

కానీ ప్రస్తుతం పరిస్థితులు అందుకు భిన్నంగా కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో సెప్టెంబర్ 5న ఉపాధ్యాయ దినోత్సవాన్ని పురస్కరించుకొని టీచర్-స్టూడెంట్ మధ్య ఆరోగ్యకరమైన సంబంధాన్ని పెంపొందించడానికి ప్రయత్నాలు చేయండి. విద్యార్థి-ఉపాధ్యాయుడు మధ్య బలమైన మరియు ఆరోగ్యకరమైన బంధాన్ని పెంపొందించే కొన్ని చిట్కాలను ఈ స్టోరీలో తెలుసుకుందాం.

విద్యార్థులు చేయాల్సినవి..

1) గురువును నమ్మండి..

ఒక విద్యార్థిగా మీరు మీ గురువును అంగీకరించాలి మరియు విశ్వసించాలి. మీకు సహాయపడేందుకు మరియు మీకు ఉత్తమ మార్గదర్శకత్వం ఇవ్వడానికి మీ గురువుకు తగినంత అనుభవం ఉందని మీరు గుర్తించాలి. మీరు మీ గురువును నమ్మకపోతే, మీరు మీ గురువు నుండి ఎటువంటి ప్రయోజనాన్ని పొందలేరు.

2) మీ గురువును గౌరవించండి..

3) గురువు నుండి సహాయం పొందండి..

మీరు ఏదైనా సమస్యను పదే పదే అడగడంలో తప్పులేదు. మీ గురువుకు మీరు ఎన్నిసార్లు అడిగినా అది ప్రశ్న విషయానికి సంబంధించింది, కాబట్టి సమస్యను అర్థం చేసుకోవడానికి, మరియు దానికి పరిష్కారం కనుగొనేందుకు మీ ఆసక్తి చూసిన గురువు మీకు స్పష్టత ఇచ్చేందుకు, సమస్యకు పరిష్కారం కనుగొనడంలో కచ్చితంగా సహాయపడతారు. కానీ మీరు మీ సందేహాలను మరియు సమస్యలను గురువును అడగకపోతే, మీ గురువు మీరు ఏమి చేస్తున్నారో తెలుసుకోలేరు.

4) మీ గురువుకు సహాయం చేయండి..

మీ గురువు పాఠశాల/కళాశాలలో కొత్తగా ఉండొచ్చు. అతను/ఆమె అన్ని విషయాల గురించి మరియు మీ ఎక్సర్ సైజుల అలవాటు గురించి కూడా తెలియకపోవచ్చు. అలాగే అతను/ఆమె కొన్ని ఇతర సమస్యలు ఉండొచ్చు. అలాంటి సమయంలో మీరు మీ గురువును ఎగతాళి చేయడానికి బదులుగా, మీరు మీ గురుకు సహాయం చేయాలి. మీరు మీ గురువును అంగీకరించకపోతే, వారు కొత్త వాతావరణానికి అడ్జస్ట్ అవడానికి మీరు వారికి సహాయం చేయకపోతే మీరు ఆరోగ్యకరమైన టీచర్-స్టూడెంట్ రిలేషన్ షిప్ ను కోల్పోతారు. మీ గురువుకు సహాయం చేయడం అంటే మీ ఎక్సర్ సైజు అనుభవాల మెరుగుదల కోసం మీ గురువు నిర్దేశించిన నియమాలు మరియు మార్గదర్శకాలకు కట్టుబడి ఉండాలి.

టీచర్లు చేయాల్సినవి..

5) ఇంటరాక్టివ్ వాతావరణాన్ని సృష్టించాలి..

కఠినమైన లేదా భయపెట్టే ఉపాధ్యయుడిగా ఉండటం వల్ల మీ విద్యార్థులలో మిమ్మల్ని మంచి టీచర్ గా చేయదు. మీ విద్యార్థులు మీతో మాట్లాడే మరియు వారి ఆలోచనలను మీ ముందు ఉంచే వాతావరణాన్ని మీరు సృష్టించాలి మరియు ప్రోత్సహించాలి. వారి ఆలోచనలను ఎగతాళి చేయడానికి లేదా వారిని తిట్టడానికి బదులు, మీరు మర్యాదపూర్వకంగా వ్యవహరించాలి. విషయాలను ఆసక్తికరంగా వివరించాలి. బోధించేటప్పుడు, ప్రశ్నలు అడగడం ద్వారా వారిని పాఠాల్లో నిమగ్నం చేయాలి. మీ ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం కనుక్కోమని, అందుకు తగ్గ హింట్ లేదా క్లూలు ఇచ్చి వారిని ప్రోత్సహించాలి.

ఉపాధ్యాయునిగా మీ విద్యార్థులు ఎటువంటి సందేహాలు లేకుండా వారి సందేహాలను మిమ్మల్ని అడిగేందుకు మీరు అనుమతించాలి. మీరు బోధించే వాటిని మీ విద్యార్థులు అర్థం చేసుకోగలరో లేదో తెలుసుకోవడానికి మీరు వారితో స్నేహపూర్వకంగా మెలగాలి. ఈ విధంగా మీరు ప్రతి విద్యార్థితో కనెక్ట్ అవ్వగలుగుతారు. అప్పుడే మీ బోధనా శైలిని కూడా మెరుగుపరుచుకుంటారు.

7) విద్యార్థులకు అందుబాటులో ఉండిండి..

మీ విద్యార్థులు మిమ్మల్ని కొన్ని ప్రశ్నలు అడగడానికి ఇష్టపడుతున్నారని మరియు మరికొంత సమయం అడుగుతున్నారని మీరు భావిస్తే

అలాంటి సమయంలో మీరు విద్యార్థులకు అందుబాటులో ఉండాలి. మీరు నిర్లక్ష్యం చేస్తే మీ పాఠాలపై అంతగా ఆసక్తి చూపరు. మీరెప్పుడైతే విద్యార్థులకు అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చి ఉంటారో అప్పుడే టీచర్-స్టూడెంట్ రిలేషన్ షిప్ బాగా కనెక్ట్ అవుతుంది. అప్పుడే మీరు వారికి సహాయం చేసిన వారవుతారు. అదే సమయంలో మీ మధ్య ఎల్లప్పుడూ సానుకూల వాతావరణం ఉంటుంది.

8) ప్రతి విద్యార్థిని ప్రత్యేక వ్యక్తిగా చూడండి..

మనుషులు అనే వారు ఎవరూ సమానంగా ఉండరు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ తమదైన మార్గాల్లో భిన్నంగా ఉంటారు. విద్యార్థుల విషయంలో ఇదే పరిస్థితి కనిపిస్తుంది. విద్యార్థులంతా ఒకేరకంగా ఉండరని మీరు అంగీకరించాలి. వారిలో కొందరు తెలివైనవారు మరియు కష్టపడి పనిచేసేవారు, మరికొందరు చురుకుగా ఉండరు, ఇంకొందరు కష్టపడి పనిచేయడానికి ఇష్టపడకపోవచ్చు. అలాంటప్పుడే ప్రతి విద్యార్థి తన లక్ష్యాలను సాధించడంలో వారికి మీరు సహాయం చేయాలి. ఇందుకోసం మీరు ఒక ప్రత్యేక ప్రణాళికను కలిగి ఉండాలి. దీని వల్ల విద్యార్థులు వారి తర్వాతి కాలంలో మంచి ప్రొఫెషనల్స్ గా మారడానికి సహాయపడుతుంది. అదొక్కటే కాదు, టీచర్లలో, విద్యార్థులలో తమ ఉనికిని చాటుకోవడానికి ఇది బాగా ఉపయోగపడుతుంది.

Use of ICT & e-content development in Telugu Language Curriculum for effective Teaching

Abstract Learn as many languages as possible but don’t neglect Mother Tongue. Children today don’t learn the way they learned 50 years back, said Pitroda, Telugu Language Teaching(TLT) still remains confined to blackboard, chalk, exams, marks and the like. The ICT revolution has arrived. So the TLT is herein the need for generational change. By updating the language technology modern communicative skills must be incorporated in the present Telugu Language Curriculum along with e-content development. Manifestation of education in 21st century can be done by the ICT and use of multimedia which accelerates the education sector. The curriculum and e-content development should be developed on the basis of present day needs of society. ICT can provide opportunities to enabling solutions for e-content development and improves the quality and efficiency of teaching learning process. Now there is a necessity to shift from chalk & black board teaching to mouse & monitor teaching to make teaching more effective and efficient. ICT improves the quality in higher education and access to remote areas and promises a practical and realistic approach to curriculum development for teaching learning process easy and effective. It is also most useful for slow learners and dropouts by making special Bridge Courses for them. This paper analyses the need for the use of ICT & e-content development in TLT which is the 2nd largest spoken language in India and 15th largest language in the world. Most of the recently developed concepts have not been included in Telugu Language Curriculum. All the tremendous changes in technology have been neglected in TLT. So the students are running far away from their mother Tongue Telugu Class Room. There is an urgent need to update the language with modern language technology emerging throughout the world for e-content development and use of ICT in TLT.
