How to open a PNB online account?
- Step 1: – To open Punjab National Bank Account online, you have to fill and submit the pnb online account opening form.
- Step 2: -For this, first click on the link below. This will open the pnb online account opening portal.
- Step 3: -Then click on the ‘Savings Account with Video KYC’ option in the ‘Online Services’ on the right.
- Step 4: -This will open a new page. There you have to click on the ‘Apply for Savings Account’ option.
- Step 5: -Then click on the ‘Get started’ option.
- Step 6: -Then tick ‘Agree’ and click on ‘Proceed’ option.
- Step 7: -Now complete the verification with your mobile number and email id.
- Step 8: -Once the verification is complete, your data will be automatically retrieved from Aadhaar.
- Step 9: -Then you have to fill in some more information like parents’ name, nominee name etc.
- Step 10: -Then you have to select the branch in which you want to open an account.
- Step 11: -Then select the services you want to get from the bank.
- Step 12: -Now give consent to the declaration by clicking on the ‘Agree’ option.
- Step 13: -Now if you want get your account number with PNB immediately, click on the first option. Otherwise, click on the second option. Then click on ‘Submit’ option.
- Your PNB account will be activated immediately if you choose the first option. Otherwise you have to complete the video KYC.
PNB Online Account Opening Video KYC
For Punjab National Bank Online Account Opening Video KYC follow the below steps –
- Follow from Step 1 to Step 12 as mentioned above.
- Then choose the ‘I want to open account through Video KYC’ option and click on ‘Submit’ option.
- Now a preview of your account will be shown. You can edit your details here.
- Then click on ‘Submit’ option.
- Then you will be redirected to a new page. Here click on ‘Proceed for Video KYC’.
- Now enable your ‘camera’ & ‘mic’ option.
- Then click on ‘Call Now’ option. Kindly note that PNB Video KYC is available on working days from 10 AM to 5 PM.
- After you click ‘Call Now’ option, your call will be connected with PNB. Then the representative of PNB will ask you few questions like, your name, address, email id, mobile number, pan card number, etc. Comply to the instructions.
- On successful process, your video kyc with PNB account will be completed.
