Top 5 Internet Marketing Trends in 2024

Digital marketers often face many issues, such as not enough sales, a lack of audience engagement, working 24/7, etc.

Here, you’ll find out the five best tools that will help with all of these issues. This will benefit your budget since you'll spend less on your content marketing efforts, your customer support team's burden will be reduced, the audience's involvement with your brand will become higher, and so on. Read, apply, and march forward to 2024!

Video Marketing

Video marketing for promotion involves creating videos about a brand or using client content. Eighty percent of customers want to watch more videos from companies, and the same percentage prefers video to text.

Video marketing formats include reviews, testimonials, interviews with experts, training videos, and promotional videos. Marketing agencies often post video reviews from clients, and clothing brands send items to bloggers for review.

If you don’t want to bother about all this content, turn to Netpeak Agency US professionals to make your content flow and engage customers instead of you.

Video marketing allows you to achieve the following:

  • build trust – tell your clients about the company’s values, production, and employees;
  • tell about the product – help customers understand how to use your product;
  • increase sales by answering customer questions, resolving their objections, or reviewing a product.

You need a strategy to use video marketing. Choose a video format (short, long, vertical, or horizontal), select platforms, and decide what is important to tell clients about. You can start with frequently asked questions or make video reviews.

Gamification

Gamification is the use of game mechanics in marketing. The Netpeak Agency has proven its efficiency in many cases over the years. So, if you want to include this marketing tool in your business, consult them.

The mechanics assume that the user will perform the desired action and receive a benefit:

  • a promotional code for a discount;
  • exclusive content;
  • points that can be spent on purchases.

Everything is like in games.

Neural Networks

Neural networks are a method of artificial intelligence. Such programs imitate the functioning of the human brain. The user describes what he wants to receive (a prompt) and receives options from the neural network. The more detailed the request, the more adequate the result.

Chatbots development involves creating programs that interact with clients based on predefined scripts. They answer and ask questions and perform simple actions. Bots can send a current price list, collect customer responses for a commercial offer, or issue a unique promotional code.

Mobile-first

Mobile-first is a strategy in which programmers create a version of the site for smartphones and then adapt it for computers. Since 64.1% of users prefer to browse the Internet through mobile devices, it is necessary to make shopping from a smartphone or tablet more convenient.

Reduce the bounce rate and evaluate the site loading speed. Ideally, pages load in two to three seconds. Then users will spend more time on the site, and Google will consider the resource useful and raise it in the results.

Increase customer loyalty and conversions. Show you care by leaving only important blocks in the mobile version, auto-filling most fields, and monitoring loading speed. The more convenient it is to place an order, the higher the likelihood of conversions.

Nowadays, more digital marketers diversify and develop their strategies by applying video marketing, mobile-first technology, chatbots, neural networks, and gaming. Such a two-sided strategy consequently cuts marketing expenses, but it is also a foundation for further growth of customer relationships, higher sales, and engagement.

Digital marketers often face many issues, such as not enough sales, a lack of audience engagement, working 24/7, etc. He
