Short and Long Paragraphs on Eid-Al-Adha

Paragraph 1 – 100 words.

Eid-Al-Adha is celebrated by Islamic communities across the world. As per Islamic Lunar Calendar, the 10th day of Dhu Al-Hijjah is celebrated as Eid-Al-Adha. In India, the fest is popularly known as Bakra Eid. Sacrificing and cattle is the main custom of Eid-Al-Adha. During the festival, people distribute the meat of the animal they sacrificed for the fest. This tradition is widely known as “Qurbani”.

ہمارے ملک میں مختلف ذات اور مذہب کے لوگ رہتے ہیں۔ ہر سال ہم مختلف تہواروں کو بڑی خوشی کے ساتھ مناتے ہیں۔ عیدالاضحی ان تہواروں میں سے ایک ہے جسے ہم مختلف ناموں سے بھی جانتے ہیں۔ عید الاضحٰی اور بقرہ عید۔ یہ اسلام مذہب کا ایک خاص تہوار ہے جسے پوری دنیا کے مسلمان مناتے ہیں۔ اسے قربانی کا تہوار بھی کہتے ہیں۔

مسلمان دو طرح کی عید مناتے ہیں۔ ایک کو عید الفطر اور دوسری کو عید الاضحیٰ کہا جاتا ہے۔ عید الاضحیٰ ذوالحجہ کی دس تاریخ کو منائی جاتی ہے۔ اس دن مسلمان کعبۃ اللہ کا حج بھی کرتے ہیں۔ انس بن مالک فرماتے ہیں کہ دور جاہلیت میں لوگوں نے سال میں دو دن کھیل کود کے لیے مقرر کر رکھے تھے۔ چنانچہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جب مدینہ منورہ تشریف لائے تو ارشاد فرمایا تم لوگوں کے کھیلنے کودنے کے لیے دو دن مقرر تھے اللہ تعالیٰ نے انہیں ان سے بہتر دنوں میں تبدیل کر دیا ہے۔ یعنی عیدالفطر اور عید الاضحیٰ۔

دوستو! احادیث کے مطابق اس دن خدا کی طرف سے حضرت ابراہيم خلیل اللہ کیلئے اسماعيل ذبیح اللہ کی قربانی پیش کرنے کا حکم صادر ہوا۔ حضرت ابراہیم نے حضرت اسماعیل کو قربان گاہ کی طرف لے گئے اور قربانی کی قصد سے جب اس کی گردن پر چھری پھیرنا چاہی تو خدا نے حضرت جبرئيل کے ساتھ ایک مینڈھے کو بھیجا اور حضرت ابراہیم نے اسماعیل کے بدلے اس کی قربانی دی۔ اس دن سے آج تک اس واقعے کی یاد میں ادیان ابراہیمی کو ماننے والے قربانی کی اس سنت پر عمل کرتے ہیں اور بیت اللہ الحرام کی زیارت یعنی حج پر مشرف ہونے والے حاجیوں پر منا میں معین شرایط کے ساتھ قربانی دینا واجب ہے اور یہ حج کے اعمال میں سے ایک واجب عمل ہے۔

حضرت عائشہ صدیقہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اکر م ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’قربانی (10تا12ذی الحجہ) میں انسان کا کوئی بھی عمل اﷲ تعالیٰ کی بارگاہ میں قربانی کے جانور کا خون بہانے سے زیادہ محبوب نہیں ہے اور قیامت کے روز قربانی کا یہ جانور اﷲ تعالیٰ کی بارگاہ میں اپنے سینگوں ، بالوں اور کھروں سمیت حاضر ہو گا اور بلاشبہ قربانی کے جانور کا خون زمین پر گرنے سے پہلے اﷲ تعالیٰ کی بارگاہ میں مرتبہ قبولیت پالیتا ہے۔ تو (اے مومنو)خوش دلی سے قربانی کیا کرو۔‘‘ (الحدیث)

جناب صدر! عصرِ حاضر کا المیہ ہے ہمارے ہاں لوگوں نے قربانی کو باربی کیو کے لیے گوشت حاصل کرنے کا ایک ذریعہ بنالیا ہے تواہل علم کا یہ کام ہے کہ وہ قربانی کی اصل اسپرٹ لوگوں پر واضح کرتے رہیں۔ اس کے برعکس اگر قربانی یا کسی اور عبادت کو یہ کہہ کر بند کرنے کا عمل شروع کر دیا گیا کہ اس پر صرف ہونے والے پیسے اور وقت سے دوسرے بہتر کام ہو سکتے ہیں تو پھر دین کی کوئی عبادت باقی نہیں رہے گی۔ پھر نماز کی جگہ یہ مطالبہ کیا جائے گا کہ لوگ دو گھنٹے روزانہ کمیونٹی سروس کے کام کریں۔ حج کی جگہ اپنے مال اور وقت کو غریبوں کی فلاح وبہبود میں لگانے کا مطالبہ سامنے آجائے گا وغیرہ۔

اللہ ہم سب کو اس عمل کو سمجھنے اور صحیح طریقے سے ادا کرنے کی توفیق دے۔ آمین ثم آمین شکریہ
